Found an envelope labeled succulent seed, grass-like, with a  harvested date in 2016. <\/p>\n<p>Half filled one inch paper pots with cactus mix. Planted 5 seed in each pot\u2013one each corner and one in the center (March 21, 2018).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeedlings_IMG_4855.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><\/p>\n<p>April 23, 2018 I found sprouts emerging from what appears to be small bulbs. The seedlings are so small and fine, I missed the transformation from seed to seedling.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeedlings_IMG_4857.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pretty sure the seeds were harvested from this plant. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentName_IMG_4880.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentBulbs_IMG_4891.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentBulbs_IMG_4890.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Recently the plant had numerous small white flowers, followed by seed pods. I had been tossing the seed into a cactus mix filled terra cotta pot. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeedPodIMG_4887.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeedPod_IMG_4905.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeedPod_IMG_4888.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeeds_IMG_4894.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeedRuler_IMG_4902.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yesterday (April 27, 2018) I placed five succulent seed on a dampened bamboo towel. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/BambooFabric_IMG_4912.JPG\" alt=\"Bamboo Fabric\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeeds_IMG_4913.JPG\" alt=\"Succulent Seeds\" \/><br \/>\nThen placed the lot inside a plastic bag.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class='centered' src=\"\/images\/SucculentSeedsInBag.jpg\" alt=\"Succulent Seeds\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The plan is to keep the bamboo towel slightly damp and to wait (hope) for the transformation. <\/p>\n<hr class=\"hrVisible\" \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Decided to clean out my box of seed collected from a variety of sources.
