Untrapped Cactus, One of Three Buds
I was cleaning a garden and found this torn leaf. How did it get torn?

This leaf appears to have been eaten.

Bunny, Mushroom, Freesia, and Dianthus
Freesia has a lovely fragrance. The dianthus does not produce a fragrance similar to cloves. Its fragrance is typical carnation.

Senecio Bud
The Senecio was a cutting from my first Senecio plant. The plant roots where it lands. It does produce a fragrance similar to cloves.
I like that the plant fills empty spaces.

This is the original pieces that I snagged from the Trapped Cactus.

The Solandra maxima flowers have a delicious fragrance from dusk to early morning. I thought the plant had died, but couldn’t bring myself to remove it. It went nearly a year without a single leaf. Sometimes being patient results in lovely gifts.

Tucked away on the back of a shelf in the greenhouse was this dead plant. I just couldn’t bear to toss in the recycle bin. Kept thinking one day I might slice it open and just maybe, use it in a piece.

Today I found a plantlet rooted in a wee bit of soil at the base of the saucer.
